Ok so for positives, the color scheme is really nice. A little bit simple, but my eyes aren't burning and that's better than you can say for most people on here. I also like the style of the background, nice concept and colors! For improvement I'd say you should look into anatomy studies for realism. Not anime yes I know anime seems easy to draw but learning realism will make your anime better. I'm speaking from experience I spent a year trying to be anime and my art is still ruined by it.
