Yes! Transmasc individuals can be lesboys! this is could be because they have a complicated relationship with their gender, or they are using lesbian as a label for preference of having "fun time" with other ppl with the same parts while not having gotten bottom surgery :]
lesboy is just lesbian with boy added on the end, adding something to the word changes the meaning :] Also some but not all lesboys also identify with lesbian as a lable :]
Yes being connected to gender assigned at birth or whatever parts they have most definitely plays into why one would identify as a lesbian
Also the difference between Sapphic and Lesbian varies from person to person because each individual has a different perseption of each label's meaning :]

their vision is clouded by things said by TERFs when they tried to seperate "pure little cis femme lesbians" from every lesbian who presented even a tiny bit masculine because "Masculinity is inherently Dangerous and Harmful" which obviously isnt true
similar talking points are used when people pit Transfemmes and Transmascs against eachother
its all boiled down to gender essencialism and it SUCKS

A lesboy is someone who describes themselves as a boy either genuinely or though reclaiming it that feels a sapphic-like attraction towards women
this lable includes,
- butch lesbians
- he/him lesbians
- nonbinary masc-aligned lesbians
- transmasc or transmale/man lesbians
- lesbians who are multigendered
- lesbians who's gender is fluid or fluctuates
- intersex lesbians
- & people who have transitioned and then detransitioned for one reason or another who are lesbians
this label excludes cishetallo perisex(not intersex) men who call themselves lesbians in bad faith in order to try and force lesbians into relationships or sexual encounters with them.
Lesboys do not condone the actions of abusers or people who use lesbian/lesboy in bad faith.

Lesboy can also be used by Transfemmes who are reclaiming being called a boy, which is what i meant for the reclaiming part
