It sounds really dumb, but I stopped caring about things and that helped. My method: -can you fix the problem, if no- then why care? If yes, then why worry when you can do something about it. I also read a book called the Majesty of calmness and it helped me carve my careless manner. I still care, but mostly for what I need to

More advice: I still stress and have some bad habits, but if it's a mental habit, typically exercise can calm you by taking out energy Find a habit to replace the bad one, cause if your bored, you'll most likely end up falling back into the habit
