ive only evr eaten catfish and shrimp and its ok at best, r there any other fish u recommend bc i need the protein SO BAD! but i cant stand most meats
SORRY I put my phone away, okay my super recommendation is octopus and squid, they are delicious, just a warning they might have this rubbery like texture but I don’t mind it for example but there are people like my mom who don’t like that texture, and the squid 70% of the time is served (and better) as breaded squid with sauce. Another more simple suggestion is salmon, easy to do at home and tastes really good. Also a classic one is crab specially the fat legs of it, here at least most of the restaurants serve the full crab OR only the fat legs and you choose the number of legs you want. Also a pro tip, you don’t eat most of these with rice, it’s a weird combo UNLESS it’s crab, there are several dishes kf crab and rice they mostly put in there the grease is the crab as sauce and tastes amazing
Ummm ummm… and tilapia is the classic fish here people cook at homes and that that is in every marked, that one also is better with rice too

Also abt the sea food thing above, I LOVE marlin! Like idk how hard it is for everyone else but because I live in the middle of the stinkin’ ocean we’ve gotten to eat it and try it in SOO many dishes it’s amazing my favorite is Marlin steaks on rice with like cabbage it’s wonderful dude
