my brain doesn't like when it has to process certain noises and makes my body respond to those sounds as if my life were being threatened 😭😭😭

usually repetitive sounds such as chewing, tapping, clicking, any slightly repetitive noise drives me insane and I hate it because those are like the #1 sounds to make at school

yeah there isn't anything that they can do about it other than just give me earbuds and hope I can drown out the sounds 😢
