LinkBasically, Bowsy is a free-floating OC, which means anyone can use him anytime for any reason. You don't even have to ask my permission - however, there are some rules to using him. I made bowsy as a sort of therapy for you guys, because all your OCs are like raar, blood and murder and yandere. So pet him and love him to your heart's content.
