The anatomy is real janky on this, the top half of the torso looks like a quadrupedal body, but the bottom half looks like an ape-ish bipedal but with support from long arms. The limbs look more human-esque than anything else. The lips look just confusing and the hair is doing that thing where you see the eye though it, which is really unnecessary, since it isn't the main part of the eye that's covered, so we would lose nothing from not seeing it.
It looks like you combined parts from an anime art style (hair and eyes etc.) but other parts from a more western influence (lips mainly) and put them together without considering whether they fit.
Then the animation, it looks like the bottom half of the spine is independent from the top half. This is confusing to say the least.
Also, the background is just annoying. You don't gain points for admitting this, though.
