LinkI saw a family member at Target today, but she was the sister of my gma that I haven't seen for about 2 years, and it hurt me so bad... I built these... Walls over my heart and brain to block out all of the trauma and it all came rushing back to me...

LinkWell she kept wanting to talk, and she told me about my dad (who's the reason I haven't seen my gma.) No, it didn't go well, and it still hurts, 10 months later
