Okay let me say my theory more clearly, and all at once

I thought that was a time too, but I don't see any connections, so I don't really know about this line.

Maybe help so near means that she is close by, but she can't reach us, I don't know.
"On the 26 you fell. On the 6th you're found."
This is the part I theorized on - I think "on the 26th you fell" doesn't mean a literal fall, but more a fall from power/control. As I said, the last comment I saw by the real ShadowEyes was on the 25th, so I believe after that she "fell" and couldn't come online. "On the 6th you're found" - it's the 4th right now. Maybe we will figure this out in two days. But she won't be released, because the next line says;
"But you will never be around."
I'm not sure what this means, so I'll leave it to someone else.

nk that means she is literally stuck in one of the drawing boxes, as they are perfect squares. "there is no real air, it is all code down here" - again, it COULD be literally "down here" as in an elevator, but I think it's a "fall" from control. Basically, a metaphor.
And other people have said this already, but obviously "Userthief27" is the person who did all of this. However, I don't see someone with that URL on this site, so who knows what that means?
And to add on, this wasn't my idea though! She has 415 animations. "At 417 you will be found by them, but they will also disappear."
When she has 417 animations, we will find her. If my theory is correct, then we will also find her in 2 more days.

Because of the anonymous drawings of Kat stuck in the drawings boxes, I assume I'm right about that detail.

Not really. It’s quite obvious. She commented on the 25th and fell on the 26th, emphasis on the word “fell”, the picture has reference to “down here”. She fell down somewhere, possibly in a ditch or hole or she was dragged somewhere, or reference to tunnels or underground. We get her back on the 6th.

Area code 417 serves the southwestern quadrant of Missouri, including the cities of Branson, Carl Junction, Carthage, Joplin, Lebanon, Neosho, Nixa, Ozark, Springfield, and West Plains. Missouri was originally slated to receive only two area codes. 314 served the eastern part of the state from St. Louis to Jefferson City, while 816 was to serve all points west of Jefferson City, including Kansas City and Springfield. In 1951, 816 was reduced to Kansas City and the northwest, while southwest Missouri was assigned 417.
Even with the presence of Springfield, the state's third-largest city, it is one of the most thinly populated area codes in the nation. Despite the growing proliferation of cell phones and smart phones (particularly in and around Springfield), 417 is nowhere near exhaustion; under current projections, the region will not need another area code until 2036 at the earliest.[1]

Kat is trapped in the drawings and the code, just like tsc was... something made them trade places. In 2 anims (on anim #417) kat will be found trapped. That will happen on the sixth, in 2 days. Others will be lost... will this happen to some of us as well?
Axolotus I hope this doesn't sound accusatory, but was it you who made this sketch? It's definitely not Kat's style
if not, I think it's someone else. Although people are right, it COULD be Userthief27, however considering the title and author, I don't believe that to be true. I think it's someone else. But you never know... as TPS said, "Of course, this could have all been used to indicate that this isn’t kat, deliberately. Is this the “usertheif27”? Anyway, it’s definitely not kat."
