Oh, it's just because CH break literally ALL the rules of PB and so almost everyone got mad at them, plus the CH used to draw furry yaoi p0rn of URRSxNaziGermany and other chinge things, but now we're starting to get chill and they are starting to get known for ACTUAL decent artists
