i called it outer line shading, just use a lighter or dark shade of color of your liking

and draw around the color and in the black line if you know wat i mean

ok basically an example of wat I'm saying is if it's red, use a darker shade or lighter shade of red about it. Although technically you can just use the 7th tool name that idk around the color

also, i use those drawing pen things, not a mouse or laptop pad, thing because the laptop im using has one of those
