Thats why the special attack may not work
I do that too
But the cpu goes like
Ultra instinct health raise mode
well since i didn't let the cpu hit me the health didn't go up. every single time when the cpu hits you your health go up. so i went and grabbed my spam computer and didn't stop spamming until the cpu died :D
