Tomasz, I don’t want to see the cycle repeat once again. With the reintroduction of registration, I have an immense concern and fear that when you take your leave, FlipAnim will see a return to the state it predominantly saw in the 2020s, and saw hints of below the surface the years preceding. I was personally not affected, but silently going through old anims and accounts, and digging up people’s old wounds honestly left a bit of me wishing this place never existed, just for their sake.

Your absence and negligence enabled a large toxic and predatory environment. Hundreds, maybe thousands of REAL children and teenagers have been exposed to content they weren’t meant to view or engaged in horrendous activities at such young ages, which will leave a mark on their developing minds. I’m skirting around the finer details, but let me emphasize that REAL children were affected because of YOUR negligence, Tomasz.

The “Comments Archived” measure is an insult to those who’ve hurt (and also destroys our past and history), and your actions against those voicing their thoughts in good faith is just extra salt upon the wound. There’s a reason why some of them are using such fiery language: you literally let this place rot, and those who chose to stay around had to endure the afflictions it brought. I do not want another wave, another generation of users to experience what those before them had to endure. I just don’t.

Tomasz, you have a responsibility as the owner of a social media platform to keep its users safe. Yes, you have a life, but if you are going to keep FlipAnim up while remaining the platform’s owner, you NEED to CARE MORE. I shouldn’t be pleading to some guy in his mid-thirties to realize and accept what they’ve done or are doing and care more. I, as a teenager, SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE TYPING ALL OF THIS, and neither should others my age be. This is all the result of your negligence.

Tomasz, do what’s right. YOU ARE NEARLY A MIDDLE AGED MAN. Reflect upon yourself, your actions, and your negligence to FlipAnim. Please, do what’s right for us. FlipAnim deserved better. We deserved better. FlipAnim should’ve been a safe environment for everybody. All that everybody (mostly) wanted was a safe place to escape to draw and talk without worry.
