Linkwell set goals for yourself don't think of it as one thing at a time.Like i need t clean my room so work on that then think of your next task.

I wud have said to make urself think of those BIG things and make them sound simple in ur head, that way, u may relax. Idk bout u but, 4 me, i need music to help me work.
