if you guys are using a translator then it's not proper Japanese, if they want to be inspired by it then its a good thing, that means you inspire them.

you guys using a translator does NOT mean its proper Japanese with 100% correct grammar, Translators do not work well. I don't suggest using google translate there are other solutions which is to learn to speak it.
