LinkMaybe the person you're ready trying to "help" is in a really bad place and won't take any help. Maybe they want to yell at you for that. Maybe theyre angry with you because they believe your "help" is ineffective and have no way to express that with the place they're in.

LinkYou're probably not. A lot of people here really like yelling at people. For not very good reasons, especiallt when they're venting. It's normal to be shouted down here. A lot.
