The speed is off, all the slides should have medium frames and should be 90 for fast frames and 130-160 for medium speeds, I think it’s choppy, the lip sync is also quite off, it should have more shapes and variety. The lines are also really choppy and change from frame to frame, just put it the fur and body on slide, the ears on another and the eyes and mouth on another. Also, it doesn’t have much life, I would love the tail to be swung around, to make emotion. And to put the body parts on different layers to prevent making the art look rather- Starter style. I would also really like you to make the animal blink, and when it opens it’s in a different shape, for example lowering the eyes or making a light flash around the eyes when you make the animal open the eyes.
