You stand there for a second and listen. You hear the same noise you heard before. You take a few steps forward and look down the road. You see a gray figure off in the distance. > You run to the gray figure. You run towards the figure and see it getting closer. It appears to be a man wearing a gas mask and a backpack. You continue running until you are nearly upon him. He looks up and sees you. > You hug him, glad of finding another human being. You run up to him and embrace him. He hugs you back, but it is a brief hug. After a second he lets go of you and wipes your tears away with his hand.
