Ingredients: baby spinach (very healthy and hard to taste on the smoothie) 🥭 MANGO (Again, very healthy. Also the main ingredient that you will taste) PLUMS ( Plums are very healthy and they are good for adding sweetness into your healthy drink) Plain Greek yogurt (. ) Milk (any milk would do but the healthiest is regular almond milk with no vanilla or sweetening) (also milk is just there for breaking down time texture until you like it) And that's pretty much all the ingredients

HOW TO MAKE: First of you want to cut and peel ONE medium sized mango. And add it in. Next you want to squeeze ONE small, and juicy plum. Then take a regular MEDAL spoon and add in two scoops of plain Greek yogurt. Now add about five pieces of baby spinach. Lastly, you should pour just around let's say three spoonfuls of milk. NOW BLEND AND LIQUEFY UNTIL YOU LIKE IT!! I hope you like my recipe! -Doodlebob
