i almost witnessed a dogs death today. I was coming back from the grocery store with my mom and there had been this guy behind us going really fast, and just up ahead of us there was a man with his very un-trained German shepherd jumping into the road trying to get a dog on the other side. the guy behind us illegally went around us and could've almost killed the dog, and the man that was walking the dog was getting mad at the dog when he should be mad at himself for very obviously not training his dog properly
