Okay, so malachai is the son of a god and a demon (not of this realm) So, one god cheated on his godess wife with an ancient 'daemon'. The wife got pissed of and basically created Malachai through both demon, deity and mortal aspects (the goddess was the one who created the living beings of the realm). The god, disgusted by Malachai (more since A) he and the demon were both male, and B) he hadn't realized the goddess knew until he saw Malachai) cast him into the mortal realm, stripping him of his powers. The only problem? He couldn't take away the powers of the demon's blood that ran through Malachai. malachai had no magic, other than he fact he is immortal. He's even been decapitated one. Every 'death' does leave a scar tho (hence the one across his necc, as shown). depending on the 'death' is how long he actually stays 'dead', though he always comes back to life. He does, however, have a demonic form. This form has all the chaos in him. It is uncontrollable. The only things other than mass killi

ngs that can snap him out of this form are sights that send strong emotions (whether it be a lover or something from his past) or, of course, a temporary death. Malachai is weakest to blades made by deities themselves, and silver. why silver? My friend made a joke comic about it, so now its true. so. when Malachai first came to earth, he met Evangeline. She was a beautiful being, who Malachai had fallen in love with despite everything. then, Malachai found her dead. A pack of hellhounds sent by a hateful father had followed his scent into their house and found Evangeline. The death of her had made Malachai snap, killing nearly the entire town until he finally calmed. thats when he decided love was not for him. of course, he could still fall in love, so he often treats people harshly, or doesnt let them come close for fear of ending up liking them and only finding them dead as well. He's done this for years and years by now. surprisingly, he has made 'friends' though. Of course, he messes w
