-In elementary school I was that one kid who got hit in the head HARD every single time I was in the vicinity of a ball and that the fact I don't have brain damage is a miracle. Solidarity to everyone else who also has horrible luck and maybe a bit screwy reflexes.

yup yup, it's a shame, i make sure avoid anything sports related besides like. horseback riding, and maybe just general swimming like the plague now. especially if there's a ball involved, as you can imagine. i'd rather avoid being concussed, lmao
