I can't get out of my bed I can't be comforted by my dog I can't be comforted by anyone actually all I can do is lay in my bed hope for it to pass until I get some weird medication or something and play video games. I was actually making my life better actually! I was finding joy in going out of my room! Right when I feel like this I am now basically trapped in it now. Genuinely like what am I supposed to feel I have a psyc assessment next week.
