i said please :( i wasnt trying to be rude i was trying to say that the q slur is not reclaimed by all LGBT people and some are very uncomfortable with being called it because they were called it as a slur. Im personally uncomfy with it bc I, a bi person, have had it used as a slur against the LGBT community used by people close to me

the q in the LGBTQ acronym stands for queer which is a slur Im just trying to educate people bc it kiiiiinda sucks getting called a slur constantly if you dont want to reclaim it its like if ur a black person that doesnt wanna get called the n word but every other black person constantly calls you the n word and no one listens when you say "please dont call me the n word"

Fun fact! The Q also has stood for questioning, and mainly stands for that nowadays! It no longer stands only for queer, but some people may describe themselves as queer because it's easier than describing that they are nonbinary and attracted to x gender.
