Ol’ dude got high as a kite He was taking a turn and passed out while rolling into traffic and people called the ambulance cause they thought he was dead. Firetruck came and they had to break his window open cause car was locked and all. When the window did break we saw a whole bunch of needles and shit get thrown out the window. People literally had to drag him out the car and onto a stretcher
