Yes, he is. He is actually a newer character. This is how he says his name, lol: "I am the Impersonator!.. but with a twist, I am good!". This character was recently created by @bag3as or @-Fresh the Hedgehog-. :3

Umm... Well, I lost a pen to my other tablet, but no I haven't been using a computer. I guess that I just got a bit lazy towards the end. I'm so sorry it bothered you! I'll do better on it next time. plus I didn't have a table to set the laptop or tablet on so it was a little bit more difficult to draw. ✍️
