Guess what. Drama evens out. I learned that in 5th grade. I said stupid things, did stupid things. In the long run, THIS drama, does not matter. Now, say, if you ended up fighting, one of you killed another, blah blah blah, THAT will affect you in the long run. Don't leave because someone said something stupid.
