Okay, here is part one I know you are trying to draw anime, but the hands are too small and the lines are kinda bumpy. If you are on computer then I understand but on any device that has a touch screen, try to draw the lines slowly and press your fingers on the screen firmly base on my experiences. The chin is kinda not seem even and try to make the hair less messy as possible.

So it is really base on working on anatomy and try to work on adding the background and shading (that will be part 2) to make your anims very well made. Put effort in your work and you will improve.

Part 2: You really want to balance out the shading. Sometimes the sides can be legit too dark or too light, so use the shades of grey to help balance it out. Sometimes work on emotions and anatomy for furries and humans. Try to make full body or half body and add unique touches to your background. If you want to draw anime (or trying to) you can start off an easy anime art style to draw, for example Bleach, Fullmetal, Hunter etc. To legit detailed anime art which is Jojo bizarre adventures (but doubt it that you want to use their art style).
