Linknot gonna lie I panicked just a bit and had no idea what to do with the color pallet and words at first lol bwb

I get a really dark blue, lower the opacity to 2 and scribble with the tool next to the highlighter. (the scribbles are contracted to where the shadows are though.) Thank I go back (sometimes with a higher opacity) to places that would be even darker.
Then I get white, yellow and or light blue with a opacity of 2-4 and add the lighting.
