My trans friends my NB pals we NEED to priorize this, some of these people are ignorent and while it isnt our job to educate them on basic respect we SHOULD educate them on why we are the way we are,why its comfortable,why it makes us upset when we get misgendered BECAUSE the only way we can get the outcomes we want is to let them know why we feel and act like this now i get it some people will just never get it but lets NOT ALL ASSUME EVERYONE IS GONNA BE A TRANSPHOBIC thats not healthy and thats not gonna help anything we have to not have this mindset otherwise these people are gonna be ignorent and simpley not know, those need to know that way they can understand and learn from mistakes and learn that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it

VERY hot take: it doesnt matter whether or not you want to give a translation for typing quirks, you have to because there's lots of dyslexic people + people who aren't the best with English AND people that use screenreaders!!!!! also, its very dumb and disrespectful to use a typing quirk for serious subjects such as war and racism
