one statement, me had lodes of practice

I do but I do it too much and believe me dont do it too much I speak from experience

2 sprained wrists and alot of sore wrists

I dont have the sprained ones now but its sore

I cant help it ;w; awhile ago like last year i couldnt go one hour without a sketchbook in my hand and a pencil, i still have that habit... in a different way though if there is any sort of pocket in my clothes i have to have a pencil pen and eraser even at school!

What can I do to help it?
