Linkwell what if it's just been eating you from the inside but you can't tell anyone because they would never understand so you don't bother which only continues to eat you from the inside in a never-ending spiral of suffering and despair?

LinkIf you're suffering then you talk to somebody, if you feel like they won't understand then do it anyway, bottling things up is never the answer. Even if you just write it down, or vent, it helps. Though you still can't just diagnose yourself with such a serious mental disorder.
