I didn't take my adhd meds this morning because i accidentally took them LAST NIGHT,, so I didn't sleep well either but executive dysfunction and exhaustion are kicking my BUTT today I might try to do a meet the artist type thing soon (tomorrow?) but I don't have much of a persona yet.
