I think it's too complex for anyone to draw! Animating this character would just be horrible and you would spend weeks making 3 frames.
the coloring and shading takes a while but the character is sorta easy to draw and maybe animate. BUt you do have a point
whoever want its tho can add their touches by making it easy to draw/animate
