So i'd recommend the book to everyone. There are static characters a thrill to it a drama and sadness to it and it's about this kid named ponyboy writing a story for his assignment and basically greasers are poor and don't have much money and have grease in their hair and wear leather jackets, while the socs wear nice shirts and have a lot of parties and are super rich. But the greasers and socs don't like each other so the greasers get jumped all the time. theres also love bits stitched into this book and yes people die, but i'd recommend the movie too and the book.

It's such a good book it gives you the goosebumps and makes you read on that you get attached to it that it's so good! It's also super detailed and I love this book so go check it out qwq
