The way on how to get more follows or likes is by simply making friends! Yes, this may be correct. (However, this is my opinion, it is okay if you disagree with it.) In order to do this, you can like anims, and follow people. You can also say nice comments to other anims. In this way, other people will like your anims, or follow you(which is even better :D).
