Ooohhh, I see If you love Anime/Manga, just look at drawings and try to reference them, just draw what you see And when the time has come, improve your skill by drawing realism (will improve your understanding of the human head (bones/forms/shapes etc.))

Do this for a few months and see the results, your improvement will be great and fast
