Ok. so Sleep paralysis. Anybody have it? It is hell. Literally. I have had it several times in my life but I will keep it simple. This was recently, about a year ago, I shared a room with my oldest brother and we had a bunk bed, I had top bunk due to the fact that I was lighter. One night In the middle of the night I woke up to cold fingers gripping my thigh, I couldnt move or breath. I panicked, then I reassured myself It was probably one of my brothers tucking my blanket in, so I just lay in bed frozen, waiting for It to go away, next day, I asked them if they did, they said no, so I was very scared, and again this isnt my first encounter with spirits, but im a kid so I get easily scared, this same thing happened for nights on end, then it turned into it trying to pull me off of my bed. I managed to turn my head, and I regret it, I saw the most horrifying thing in the world, I will not go into detail because, ya know... dont wanna think about it... but I tried to scream but I couldnt, I was breathless
