Luci had walked in the door, her hair in her face, she walked up to a table by the window, she ordered her stuff and sat there quietly waiting
she gets up and walks over to him,"mind if i sit here, with you"
*he looks up at her* "i dont mind, go ahead" *he takes a bite of his bagel*
"when im wanting some decent coffee that isnt made at home, so a lot" *he chuckles a bit*
she nods,"i come here because i have nothing better to do"
"not when all the dudes who wanna be your friend trys to take you home-" her ears went against her head
"didnt think about that" *he thought for a moment* "guess that would ruin it huh"
"yeah, but everyone is okay...and im used to dudes flirting bc of where i work^^"
"it can be, but when people throw a fit over the smallest things help the boredom"
"that sounds fun" she smiled a bit,"people only throw a fit at my job when they wont let them drive bc they're drunk, very fun to watch"
"i bet it is fun to watch, ive had to stop people from stealing alcohol cuz they where underage"
she laughed, "we deal with that a lot to^^" she leaned back on the seat,"must be better than having to go serve to about of drunk ppl who only want you for your body..."
"if you have a problem with the people you have to deal with why dont you try to get a new job?"
"i tried, but i always go back there, i make alot of money"

"i ask my boss for days off, he understands so he lets me...I just hate being pretty..." she got quiet,"...sorry about that, i shouldnt be worrying you..."
she looks at the clock on the wall before getting up,"i'd better go to work^^ it was nice talking to you."
she nods,"if you wanna come talk heres the address" she hands you a piece of paper with her jobs address on it, and her number, before walking out the door
*he looks at it and puts it in his pocket before finishing his bagel and coffee*
"hello, what can i ge-" she realizes its him again,"hello^^ what do you want? i can pay for it"
she giggles"okay then^^" she walked towards the kitchen for a but before coming back with a piece
"here ya go, i already payed for it" she walks away towards a table full of men, who start flirting with her, her tail starts to swing irritably
*he eats his pie and watches in case any of the men step farther than flirting*
she walks away untouched, but as she comes back with their drinks, the biggest of the men grab her
he was taken by surprise taking a step back
???:"why do you care about her!? its not like she's your girl!"
they held Luci's hands behind her back, causing her to whimper in pain
"and she's not your girl either, so dont push her around" *he goes for a crotch punch on the man*
*the pupils in his mask flicker to red as he grabs the man's arm and snaps it*
the man growled before walking off, the others followed shoving Luci towards Corrupt
there was a chip taken out of her ear now,"y-yeah im okay..."
*he makes sure the chip in her ear wont affect anything* "i probably could of handled that better"
:shay looked around for a way to escape as the last of her magic failed her. She needed to recharge, fast, but she couldn’t in this dark alleyway. The protective barrier stopping the muggers from attacking her disappeared; the muggers advancing towards her. She let out a scream, as the grabbed her; she couldn’t fight all five of them on her own:
Lysander was walking home when he heard the scream nearby, he ran as fast as he could to see what was happening, he walked into the alley way, and tensed up, he walked a bit closer,"Hey! leave her alone!"
:the mugger turned to look at him, then carried on beating up shay:
Lysander chanted something, causing the muggers to be thrown backwards
:she crumpled onto the floor and started hugging herself in the feral position. She had bruises forming all over her face, and there was blood flowing out of her nose:
he walked up to her, picking her up bridal style before teleporting to his house.
He laid her on his couch,"are you okay?"
:her eyes went wide in fear as she shivered, looking at him. She shook her head violently:
"do you want some Ice for your head?" -he examined her wounds-
:she flinched at his touch but nodded: “W-who a-re you” :her usually soft Irish accent sounded hoarse and rough:
"my names Lysander" he turned and grabbed ice out of the freezer before coming back and holding it on her head,"why did they do this?"
“I- I don’t know- I was I-in the w-wrong place at the w-wrong time I th-think” :she inhaled deeply: “I’m Shay”
"pretty name" he smiled a bit, he took a rag and cleaned her cuts
:she winced, and watched him clean her cuts. She blushed slightly, looking down: “Thank you, you didn’t have to do that”
"i felt the need to do it, you seem like a nice person" he finished wrapping the bandage around her head ,"you can stay here with me for a few days if you'd like"
his face turned a deep red,"I-...Your welcome" he touched the spot were she kissed,"what do you like to eat?"
he nodded before heading into the kitchen and coming back with ramen noodles,"here ya go" he blushed slightly
“Thank you” :she ate slowly, happy to get some food in her stomach. She smiled at him:
a light blush went across his face,"did you know them guys?"
“Yes, they chased me out of the bar I was working in. It’s a stupid job and I hate it. But doesn’t matter- they asked if they could take me home and when I said no they tried to force me.”
"oh that sucks..." he found a small throw and put it over her,"try to get some rest^^" he walked to the chair and took a book to read
:she snuggled into the throw and closed her eyes. She still had a pounding headache but at least she was warm:
He smiled a bit as he watched her, his face a light red. he ran his fingers through his light grey hair
