Sepitae died and Aulorn left the realm. Hundreds of years later, the Necrym cult found the corpse of Sepitae, taking his flesh and dna and infusing it with an archae egg cell from one of their female cult members. After various attempts, Mars was born, or hatched, rather. The cult planned to use Mars to overthrow the Archae Council, the leaders of the Archae Oligarchy.
