ummm I draw simplistic characters now because I was tired of having to stare at a reference for hours just to redraw something again if you look back at my stuff from years ago you will see that a lot of them were complicated (though looked kinda terrible because I tried to emulate multiple diff furry styles without understanding anatomy) and I was only able to draw most of those characters only like once
