It looks like theres a bunch of ways to do it So one way is to light a candle in a "cleansed, sacred room" and meditate on it every night roughly the same time while thinking about your intentions for it

Apparently you're not supposed to blow out the candle You have to use your fingers or something else Otherwise you're "blowing away your intentions"

Yeah And another thing I saw called spell jars! So candle stuff seems to get a bit complicated when you read Into stuff but you dont need long candles If you have any tea light you can melt them down and melt crayon wax into them, bada bing bada boom And I'm gonna make my own dream related spell jar because screw the premade shit
