this method is hard with a gradient but uh you choose a background color then you make a dot on the second layer from the bg(any color other than white lol) then you make a diff layer and make a dot resize the dot on the 3rd layer uhm then you keep resizing it every frame uhtill your dont ik im not the best at explaning loooool
