LinkUhhhh so basically you can choose why your oc is in the woods idrc
But uhhhh they see a deer woman who’s just minding her business and picking berries on a bush
Now there have been rumors of deer like people like her in these woods, they are rumored to be kinda like saytrs, all about peace and nature and whatnot, weird creatures that no one is completely sure where they came from
So with your oc knowing this information, what shall they do??
Uhhh she dosent have a name, maybe 19-20 years old?? And uhhh straight woman, but wouldn’t expect getting any type of romance from her lol

*Emberly stayed quiet, her slitted pupils dilating like a cat about to strike as she stared at the deer lady. Her long tail, around the same length as her height, flicked across the ground, the grass making a swishing noise*

-she looked back at hearing the noise and jumped with a yelp, she clutched her chest, afraid she almost had a heart attack-

*Emberly leapt to a tree right next to the deer lady, her clawed hands and the spikes on her limbs digging into the tree. She was somewhat sideways as she stayed posistioned on the trunk, staring at deer gorl with a hungry expression*

-she backed up quickly, she didn’t like how she looked at her and itmediatley took her as a predator, she kept taking steps backwards, before leaping and turning around, starting to run off-
-she definitely wasn’t all that fast, but when she jumped as she ran she seemed to move quicker, she tried to maneuver around trees at a quick pace, she started to cry and whimper as she ran, scared for her life now-
(She’s a cry baby lmao
-she was starting to get tired now, she would almost trip every now and then, she tried her best to not sob as she ran, she didn’t want to tears to cloud her vision, she saw a cave not to far away, her eyes lit up as she leapt for it, but she slipped, tumbling into the ground with a cry-
-she started to scream and sob, she figured this was it for her, she didn’t know how to fight, only run, but in a last attempt for her life she slammed her head down into the beings tail, her smaller, but pointed antlers digging into the tail, hurting another being hurt her as well, she felt bad, but then again this was her life on the line-
-she hopped up, away from her, her own leg was a bit injured from the fall, she felt horrible now, she held her hooves up and continued to sob- I’m so sorry!! I didn’t mean it!!
-she glanced around nervously, debating helping the thing, but getting closer to it could mean her death, she sat there for a bit until she made up her mind, she had hurt her, and she needed to fix it, no matter the cost, she slowly inched over, taking a leaf off by a nearby tree, she pushed past the beings claws and attempted to cover the wound for her, she was shaking horribly as she did so-
-she grabbed a few more leaves until it was enough to completely cover the wound, she shakily stood up and looked down at her, seeming curious for a few moments, before stepping back again-
*Emberly's head lowered to glance at the wrapped wound before it raised again to stare at the deer woman. At this close distance, Emberly would seem somewhat young, in her early teenage years, perhaps 14, even though she had a look in her eyes that said she'd lived much longer than that. She was 5' 3", as long as she didn't extend her legs all the way*
-she sat down a bit away from the girl, starting to cover her own wound, her ears flicked, being constantly alert around the being, but she seemed calmer now, the tears that were in her eyes had faded-
(will you be on in one and a half hours? My wifi is dying))
*Emberly sat back against a tree, her stomach rumbling quietly. She was clearly hungry, but made no move to try and attack the deer girl. She was still visibly confused, the row of fur running down her head and back still floofed up*
(Yeah maybe!! And if not we can always continue at a different time!!
-she took notice of her stomach rumbling, she glanced around a bit, then stood up, hissing in pain at her leg, she reached up a tree nearby and pulled down what looked to be an apple, she slowly slid it over to the girl, blinking a bit-
(Ok!!)
-she sighed a bit- I uh- apologize- that was rude of me to stab you like that
*kai started at her for a moment, his flamed tail whipped through the air, grinning*
-she glanced at him and a brow raised, her body stiffened up, she didn’t know to be afraid or not yet, she didn’t say anything to him, she just simply glanced over, hoping he would go away on his own-
*kai snorted, walking out of hiding, he kept walking towards her before stopping about 2 feet. He leaned down, grinning. The grin showed almost two rows of teeth. Before he chuckled* boo.
-she jumped back with a yelp, but didn’t seem to afraid yet, it was only a simple joke, right? She knew that people joked like that, she found the figure interesting if anything, she took a few more steps back and choked out a whisper- u-uh- can I help you-?
*he laughed* can you help me? Even if I am.. different from most. * he tugged at his turtle neck, though it have no sleeves, his claws were surprisingly not sharp, he held out a hand* kai.
-she had to remember how to shake someone’s hand for a moment, until she lent her hoof over to him, slowly shaking his hand, she couldn’t tell if he was a potential predator yet, so she managed to stay calm, she sighed a bit- nobody’s ever given me a name- so- I’m sorry I don’t have one-
*he chuckled* i'll call you dear. If thats alright. *he smiled* and uh, you don't feel exposed in that clothing? No offense i love the style.
-she glanced down at what she was wearing, she never really thought about it, she looked back at him and laughed a bit- well nobody usually comes out here so I Normally don’t have to cover up for anyone -she started to grow calmer, rubbing the back of her neck a bit- and I suppose it’ll entice a mate?? At some point- -she laughed once again- but making this stuff is hard enough as is
*he smiled* yes i believe so, but why not you try a dress? I can help make it for ya. The thing is where i come fromx even if i am a predator. We use skins to make our clothing. So naturally we need to learn how to sew.
-she thought for a moment, she was aware now he was a predator, but still didn’t quite seem afraid, she looked back up at him and shook her head- I’m afraid I can’t do skins, I don’t kill, I only harvest
*he smiled* thats perfectly fine! You are the gatherer. And i'm a hunter! *he grinned proudly*
*he sighed* too bad i lost touch with my tribe years ago. Anyway, why not you got get us some large leaves huh? *he smiled brightly*
-she thought for a moment, then nodded- sure thing- -she started off, looking around until she saw a big maple tree with big leaves on it, taking a few down-
*he was gathering silk, stringing it out into thin piece of string. Carving a branch into a fine needle* there.
-she smiled at him and took the material- now uh, what kind of dress should it be??
*he smiled* depends on what kind you want. But what i suggest for you is something short so you can move your legs, but comfortable for winter.
