well,to start, draw the bangs (if any) to frame the face. Then draw the face out-line. it doesn't have to be perfect. then draw a neck and neckline for the body and shirt. next, draw a simple outline of the clothes. After that add needed details like lines in the hair and something on the clothes. Add colors and shading and your done!!!
