so uhh i'm Bi-polar in case nobody knew so umm in the middle of the night i sorta just started crying and it got really bad to the point where i bashed my head against the wall which was a bad idea and my mom woke up and went to check what the hell was making that sound and then she saw me up into a ball crying and my head bleeding
then my mom was like osht and took me to the E.R and then they removed all the blood that was seen and stopped it from flowing out
and gave me an ice pack

and now i'm back hahahaha
