Sometimes when i go on other peps accounts to check out there art. I see stars next to there amount of likes. What is that and what does it mean?

Wait wait wait to i creator of fa can like a post. But when you report something they cant do anything about that?????????????????????????????? I remember reporting something that had to do with harrasment and nothing happened????? But they can like posts ???? Woops sry XD
