I hope he gets better and I know it’ll hurt to see your ex move on and it will sting, but if she left you then she doesn’t deserve you. Your amazing and seem like a very sweet person. And those feelings will be there and they are hard to get over. So what you want to do is remember why you guys broke up to help move past that. You will find someone else who loves you and will care for you. You seem very sweet and I’m sorry this happened to you and I’m sorry if anything in here sounded rude. Find something to take your mind off of it and find something that makes you happy. Please Chris don’t cut yourself please. It’s not good for you and I speak from experience. Please don’t do that cause if you do something wrong or to deep you’ll go to the hospital like I did. And you’ll have scares that will remind you and it will hurt when you see those scares knowing you went down a sad path. Please don’t cut yourself for the love of god.
