ok so on wind blow ing you need to have the setting that allows you to see you other frame that was preveiose the draw a animal humane or what ever with hair and clothes the start a blank frame if you see the frame from before your doing great the your gonna wanna draw the hair or whatever going the directhion u want it to go slightly the do anothr nlank frame and do the same then go back to the sacend frame and copy it then move it after the third frame tha click play hope i helped
