Woah hay please don’t do anything, it’s definitely burnout and being over worked, you can take breaks from the things that are causing you burnout like drawing rping or writing, if you can’t just try to do things for yourself instead of others that’s how I got my burnout to go away. Don’t force yourself to continue doing things that overwhelm you and make you feel less safe, please just take care of yourself. I’m so sorry if this was no help.
